How to Eat specializes in organizing healthy meal plans with daily home delivery in Kuala Lumpur.


Our goal is to provide delicious and nutritious full-day meal plans with a pre-planned menu for several days or a week.


Each plan includes a complete set of meals for the day—breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner—designed to support a healthy and active lifestyle.


Our meals are perfect for everyone—from fitness enthusiasts and athletes to those who simply want to maintain a balanced diet and feel their best.

How to eat
Delivery

We offer fast, reliable, and free delivery straight to your doorstep.

Delivery is available within the

Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Putrajaya areas.


Delivery is made every two days between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

You can select any 60-minute time slot within this window that works best for you, applicable to all meal plans.


The courier will wait for 15 minutes to give you enough time to pick up your package at a comfortable pace.
